(WSYR-TV) — Project Fibonacci promotes science, technology, engineering, arts and math — otherwise known as STEAM — to today’s youth.

And with a special focus on getting more women in the field, this year’s symposium has a fun-filled day featuring women in current leadership steam roles.

“This fun-filled day will feature women in leadership roles, STEM fields, and more. Attendees can look forward to participating in an interactive panel, networking sessions, and a ‘Creating Connections’ career fair.”

The interactive panel will be moderated by Storm Team Meteorologist Kate Thornton.
