On Thursday, April 18th at 7 pm, the Project Fibonacci® Foundation will be at the Canastota Public Library to award Nathan Angell and Eric Surprenant, along with their mentor Deb Guarneiri, $3,200 in project development funds as the second place-winning team in the Project Fibonacci®/EPICS in IEEE Smart City of STEAM Challenge. Their team created an automatic tuning system for ukuleles to be used by people with disabilities and mobility issues.

Following the award presentation, Kimo Hussey, the Hawaiian Ambassador of Ukulele, will be on-hand for a talk and a ukulele concert.
